Company history
RAVAK was founded in 1991 as a limited liability company which later became a joint-stock company in 1997. Since the beginning, it has carried the name of its two founders – the Vařeka family and the Kreysa family.Both families actively manage the company to this day.

Design, entering the world of art and aesthetics, is our primary goal. We regularly introduce products which have been thoroughly thought through yet carry the original imprint of their author. We choose to cooperate with studios which have been successfulon both the Czech and the international competitive environment of design.

In the period of its existence, the RAVAK brand has become the focus of significant national and international competitions. Usually, the solutions from our designers are regularly nominated for the annual Czech Grand Design award of the Design Academy of the Czech Republic, the professional takes note of it in its awards (Elle Decoration Award) and in 2015 one of the bathroom concepts (10°) won the most prestigious award on the European continent for innovative design - Red Dot 2015.
